This year the yearly German Hiking Days take place in the Rhön from June 26 to 30, 2008. Hikers from all over Germany as well as from neighbouring countries meet in Fulda in order to explore the Rhön from here. |

Rhönklub, being the regional section of the German Hiking Association, the host of this event looks forward to present the diversity of the Rhön landscape to interested hikers. About 50,000 visitors are expected to explore to the region when only nearly as many people come as to last year's 107-th Hiking Days. |

gistum and the Fritsch map publisher support the 108-th German Hiking Days. On the basis of the publisher's map we bring the exciting tours that have been elaborated by Rhönklub tour leaders to your mobile phone. This SPECIAL EDITION of the digital Rhön hiking map will be available for free also after the hiking event. This allows hikers to "copy" the tours, even when they have missed the date of the guided tour.
